It is a tradition that unofficially launches into the hockey season for the Trenton Golden Hawks.
Oak Hills Golf Cub is hosting the 15th Annual Peter Huff Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday August 18th.
The tournament raises funds for the Peter Huff Scholarship Award and the Trenton Golden Hawks Booster Club.
Special guests that have so far confirmed attendance are HOF’er Marcel Dionne and 2-time Stanley Cup Champion Andrew Shaw.
The Peter Huff Scholarship goes to a graduating Golden Hawks player entering post-secondary schooling in the fall.
A foursome for the tournament is $675 or a single is $175.
It includes
- Golf with cart
- Tee-time’s from 8:30-3:00 every ten minutes on the Highland and Glen courses
- Two meals and snacks and treats throughout the day
- A chance of meet your new Trenton Golden Hawks, returning players, and celebrities
- A long drive and putting competition and prizes for top teams
