CONNOR ARMOUR – Coach & General Manager
Armour joins the Hawks at the pinnacle of his coaching career; fresh off being named the 2025-26 OJHL Coach of the Year. With a reputation built on elite player development and postseason success—including leading his teams to the Eastern Conference Final in two of the last three seasons, Armour is the ideal leader to guide Trenton into a new era of dominance.
A native of Bowmanville, Ontario, Armour’s philosophy is rooted in the “Player-First” model. He has a proven track record of moving athletes to the NCAA, CHL, and U SPORTS levels, most notably mentoring NHL draft pick Trevor Hoskin. This commitment to advancement aligns perfectly with the Golden Hawks’ mission to remain the premier destination for elite hockey players in North America.

JORDAN BAILEY – Associate Coach
Jordan Bailey arrives in Quinte West with five years of coaching experience specifically within the OJHL. After serving as an assistant coach for four seasons, Bailey most recently stepped into a Head Coaching role, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the league’s competitive landscape.
Bailey’s career has been defined by his ability to move players to the next level. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in advancing numerous athletes to the CHL, NCAA, and U Sports levels. His philosophy is rooted in the belief that a coach’s success is measured by the growth and professional readiness of his players.

TRACEY LEGAULT-DAVIS – Director of Business Operations
Tracey is originally from Sudbury and moved to the Quinte Region in 2004. She has been involved in sports organizations throughout her life as a volunteer, coach, manager, and board member. She has extensive experience in event management and tourism working with local, national and international sporting organizations/events.

MICHAEL CAMILLERI – Director of Hockey Operations
A native of London, Ontario, Camilleri joins the Golden Hawks with a resume that defines championship success and elite player advancement. His appointment marks a significant step forward as the organization aligns itself with the evolving landscape of junior hockey.
Camilleri’s journey through the hockey world is highlighted by success at every level. His scouting expertise has contributed to some of the most prestigious trophies in the sport, including a Memorial Cup with the London Knights (OHL) in 2016 and a Robertson Cup with the Shreveport Mudbugs (NAHL) in 2021. His deep scouting network spans the OHL, USHL, NAHL, and OJHL, providing Trenton with an unparalleled reach in player recruitment.
Most recently, Michael has held General Manager and Director of Hockey Operations positions with the GOHL (Bombers & Siskins) and OJHL (Toronto Patriots).

PAIGE SHANNON – Athletic Therapist
Paige was born & raised in Cobourg and is excited to be returning to the area. Paige has been out west working with teams is the SJHL & BCHL. Paige was the head Athletic Therapist for Hockey Alberta from 2021-2024 and has worked at the 2023 Canada Winter Games in Charlottetown and most recently at the 2025 Canada Summer Games.

JOHN “SIPPERS” RACIOPPO – Off-Ice Officials Coordinator
John was born and raised in Scarborough and is a proud married father of 2 boys. His family calls Belleville home. Racioppo works/volunteers closely with both the Hockey Operations and Business Team with the Hawks. John runs our Hockeytech, and is our gameday scorekeeper/statistician/video review official.
