The Trenton Golden Hawks have announced a trade with the Cobourg Cougars.
“We are really excited to announce the acquisition of Owen Wilson from the Cobourg Cougars,” says Head Coach Derek Smith.
He is a big d-man, coming in at 6’4/205 and is in his final year of junior hockey. The Oakville native is a 7th round pick of the Hamilton Bulldogs
“There is not just size that comes with his game,” says Smith. “He brings mobility, a great skill set, and we are really excited to have him.”
Going to the Cobourg Cougars is Forward Jordan Fuller.
“He was a great Trenton Golden Hawk. He put up great numbers, he was a great young man and we wish him nothing but the best. It was a tough trade to make.”
