2026 Trenton Golden Hawks Fundraising Golf Tournament

TRENTON, ON – Calling all Golden Hawks fans, sponsors, and community supporters! The countdown to the regular season is officially on, and we are kicking off October with a unique opportunity to hit the links alongside your favorite players.

On Sunday, October 4th, the Trenton Golden Hawks will host our annual Fundraising Golf Tournament at the beautiful Nine Golf Course in Quinte West.

This isn’t your average golf outing—we are putting the emphasis strictly on FUN! Whether you are a seasoned golfer or just out to enjoy a crisp autumn morning on the green, this event is designed to bring our players, coaching staff, sponsors, and Hawks Nation together for an unforgettable day of camaraderie and team building.

🏌️‍♂️ THE FORMAT: PLAY WITH A GOLDEN HAWK!

We are rolling out a special team format to give our fans an inside look at the 2026-27 roster:

• 3 Golfers + 1 Golden Hawk: Registration is for 3-person teams. The Golden Hawks organization will pair your group with a Trenton Golden Hawks player to complete your foursome!

• Learn & Connect: Get to know the players behind the visors, hear about their hockey journeys, and enjoy 18 holes of laughs, stories, and friendly competition.

📌 Want a Specific Player in Your Foursome?

Have a favorite returning veteran or an exciting new rookie you’d love to golf with? You can specially request a specific Golden Hawks player to join your 3-person team for an additional $50 request fee! (Player requests are strictly on a first-come, first-paid basis while player availability lasts).

📋 EVENT DETAILS & REGISTRATION

• Date: Sunday, October 4th, 2026

• Location: Nines Golf Course (Trenton, ON)

• Start Time: 10:00 AM Shotgun Start

• Entry Fee: $95 per person (or $285 per 3-person team)

• What’s Included: 18 holes of golf, food throughout the day, course games, contest holes, and tons of prizes!

• Spots Are Limited: To ensure a smooth pace of play and an great experience for everyone, registration is on a first-come, first-paid basis.

🚀 THE LAUNCHPAD TO THE GOVERNORS’ SHOWCASE

This tournament serves a dual purpose for our hockey club. Beyond being an incredible day out with our community, Sunday, October 4th acts as a vital bonding weekend for our locker room.

Directly following this tournament, the Golden Hawks will pack up and head out for the OJHL Governors’ Showcase—one of the most high-stakes, scout-dense events on the junior hockey calendar. With hundreds of scouts from the NHL, NCAA, U SPORTS, and CHL in attendance, our players need to be at their absolute peak performance as we showcase Quinte West’s top talent to the hockey world.

Playing alongside our loyal fans and sponsors right before we leave provides the energy, support, and team unity our boys need as we prepare to make a statement at the Showcase!
