Fans, it’s almost Friday, so you know what that means, TRENTON GOLDEN HAWKS HOCKEY TIME!
Friday your Trenton Golden Hawks are pleased to welcome the North York Rangers into town, for what should be a great game.
Currently your Hawks have been red hot, winners of their last 4 games, currently sitting atop of the Conference, and are looking to build even more momentum with the playoffs in sight. The Hawks have been led offensively by Jack Zillioto and Taeo Artichuk, who sit 1 and 2 in league scoring respectively. The Hawks are an incredible 17-3-0-1 this season at home.
The North York Rangers are a young team looking for their first road win of the season. The Rangers are 0-8-2 in their past 10 games, however have a no quit attitude, so this should make for a fun one. Offensively the Rangers have been lead by 2008 born Brayden Boyle, and 2005 born John Kenney.
Puck drop for this one is at 7:30, and we encourage all fans to come on out, pick up your 50/50 tickets, buy some new merch, wear your Hawks gear, bring your signs and loud voices, and let’s show the OJHL why we are the best fans in the League! (the Kinsmen Bar and Canteen are fully stocked!)
Then on Saturday the boys have a quick turnaround as they head to Aurora to take on the pesky Tigers.
The Hawks are a perfect 2-0 against the Tigers this season, and they will be looking to make it 3 in a row at the Aurora Community Center.
The Tigers currently sit 10th in the East, and now is the time for them to really bar down as they look towards the 8th and final playoff spot, currently held by Lindsay.
Puck drop in Aurora is at 7:00 pm, so if you can’t join us, be sure to follow us online!
Go Hawks Go!
